Dalmia Bharat has announced a remarkable increase of 93.94 percent in its net consolidated profit for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The profit after tax amounted to ₹128 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹66 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, as stated by the company in a filing with the BSE.
The company’s net consolidated total income reached ₹3,568 crore in Q3 FY26, reflecting a growth of 10.88 percent from ₹3,218 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Puneet Dalmia, the managing director and CEO of the company, remarked, “We achieved a strong volume growth of 10% year-on-year during this quarter, driven by the dedicated efforts of our sales team to provide superior value to our customers. I am pleased to announce that we have initiated commercial production from our new 3.6 MnTPA clinker line at Umrangso, which will further enhance our position in the North East.”
The company began commercial production from the 3.6 MnTPA clinker line at Umrangso, Assam, on January 20, 2026. Consequently, the total clinker capacity of the company has now reached 27.1 MnT. During the quarter in question, its volume increased by 9.5% year-on-year to 7.3 MnT, while the net debt to EBITDA ratio stood at 0.60x as of December 31, 2025.
