The company acquired Opexefi Services Private Limited for approximately ₹46.67 crore and One Box Warehouse Private Limited for ₹49.09 crore.
Through the acquisition of 100% equity in both entities, Macrotech Developers Ltd aims to strengthen its logistics park and warehouse development vertical, enhancing its capabilities in the sector.
