The 55-year-old celebrity fitness instructor, Yasmin Karachiwala, has recently acquired two prestigious 4-BHK ocean-view residences valued at Rs 37.5 crore within Paradigm’s ultra-luxurious Superstar-Signature Edition (Marquis Collection) located in Bandra West.
Karachiwala, who trains numerous celebrities including Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu, Nora Fatehi, Ananya Pandey, and Hrithik Roshan, has invested in approximately 1,882 sq ft for her apartment, for which she paid around Rs 83 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 3,000 as a registration fee, according to a source from the Sub-Joint Registrar in Bandra.
In addition to acquiring a luxury apartment for herself, sources informed Mirror that “Karachiwala also motivated her niece, Shirin Qureishi, to buy another flat in the Paradigm Superstar property, situated on Perry Road, Bandra West.”
With this latest purchase, Karachiwala has indulged in a substantial 3,598 sq ft of prime real estate.
