Uttar Pradesh real estate regulatory authority (UP-RERA) has issued a public notice for Noida, Greater Noida authorities and 18 builders to appear in online hearings of the Lucknow and Gautam Buddha Nagar benches in relation to 32 complaints filed against them by the homebuyers.
Complaints related to Lucknow-bench belong to Vasundhara Lotus Infratech, Polars Infradevelopers, Yazdan Constructions, Shinecity Infra Projects, Gayatri Developers, Wealth Matra Infracon, Precious Buildtech, Hydes Infra Projects and two more.
Complaints related to Gautam Buddh Nagar-bench belong to Satya Homes, Divyanka Homes , New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA), Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (Greater NOIDA), Logix Infra Developers, Ashoka Priyansh Builders, Shamiah International Builders, Syore Infraprojects, VXL Realtors and one more.If the promoters do not appear in the hearing even after this public notice, then under the provisions of the RERA Act, the benches will give a unilateral decision keeping in mind the interests of the complainants/allottees.
