Sternal Buildcon buys 3.8 acres land in Gurugram

Sternal Buildcon, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Signatureglobal (India) (SGIL) has executed a sale deed to purchase the land admeasuring approximately 3.80625 acres situated at Sector 37D, Gurugram.

The said land has an overall potential developable area of approximate 6 lakh sq ft.

In May 2024, Signatureglobal Homes, another wholly-owned subsidiary had executed a sale deed to purchase the land admeasuring approximately 14.65 acres situated at Gadauli Kalan, Sector-37D, Gurugram.

The land has an overall potential developable area of approximate 2.7 million sq ft.
