Signature Global’s sales bookings fall 27% in Q3 FY26

Signature Global announced on Sunday a 27 percent decrease in its sales bookings, totaling Rs 2,020 crore for the quarter ending in December, despite a strong festive demand for housing properties.

The Gurugram-based company had recorded property sales amounting to Rs 2,770 crore in the same period last year. In a regulatory filing, Signature Global disclosed that it sold 408 units during the October-December period of this fiscal year, in contrast to 1,518 units sold in the corresponding period of the previous year. In terms of area, the sales bookings decreased to 1.44 million square feet from 2.49 million square feet.

Typically, real estate developers experience higher sales bookings during the October-December period due to festive demand. Signature Global did not provide any explanation for the decline in sales bookings during the third quarter.

The company recently launched a significant housing project on the Dwarka Expressway, which may have contributed to the reduction in sales bookings. In the first nine months of this fiscal year, Signature Global’s sales bookings fell by 23 percent to Rs 6,680 crore, down from Rs 8,670 crore in the previous year.

The company sold 1,746 units during the October-December period of the 2025-26 fiscal year, compared to 3,539 units sold in the same period last year. Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Chairman of Signature Global, stated, We delivered a healthy performance during the first nine months of FY26, driven by sustained demand across our focused micro-markets.

The launch of a wellness-centric premium project, Sarvam at DXP Estate on the Dwarka Expressway, received a positive response from customers, indicating changing buyer preferences. “Strong collections, improving realizations, and disciplined balance sheet management highlight our execution strength. Looking forward, the current momentum and planned launches keep us broadly aligned with our guidance and support our long-term growth objectives,” Aggarwal remarked.

Signature Global achieved sales bookings of Rs 10,290 crore in the last fiscal year, making it the fifth-largest listed real estate developer in terms of sales.

The company has provided guidance indicating that it aims to achieve sales bookings totaling Rs 12,500 crore for the entire 2025-26 fiscal year. To meet this objective, Signature Global must sell properties valued at approximately Rs 6,000 crore in the current quarter.

Signature Global possesses all the residential projects within the Gurugram market, which has recently been experiencing a decline in demand due to a significant increase in prices following the COVID pandemic. As of September last year, the company had successfully delivered 16 million square feet of real estate.
