Puravankara to launch 12–13 million sq. ft. of residential projects

Puravankara intends to introduce 12–13 million square feet of residential developments in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kochi, and Coimbatore, with property prices ranging from Rs 1.4 crore to Rs 13 crore. The upcoming projects will primarily include high-rise apartments, gated communities, and smaller townships.

In Bengaluru, the segment priced between Rs one and two crore has emerged as the premium category, while mid-range homes are available for Rs 70 lakh to Rs 1.2 crore. Puravankara anticipates that its launch pipeline will reach Rs 13,000 crore in this financial year, with Bengaluru contributing the largest portion at eight million square feet, followed by Kochi, Coimbatore, and Mumbai.

In Mumbai, the emphasis is on prominent redevelopment initiatives. Average property prices are projected to increase, with ultra-luxury residences in Bengaluru and Mumbai surpassing Rs 11 crore. Although there have been no new launches thus far in this financial year due to regulatory setbacks, the company has achieved nearly Rs 3,859 crore in pre-sales from ongoing projects. Approvals are now improving, facilitating a resurgence in launches.
