Now, website for enrolling partitions in land records 

​Mann said citizens can apply on this website with details, including their name, father/husband name, village name, sub-tehsil/tehsil, district, khata and khewat number with simple application.

Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Wednesday launched a website to streamline the process to enroll families who have partitioned their property.

Through the website eservices(dot)punjab(dot)gov(dot)in, applications of people will be easily submitted for the process of Khangi Taqseem.

Mann said citizens can apply on this website with details, including their name, father/husband name, village name, sub-tehsil/tehsil, district, khata and khewat number with simple application. The applicant will also have to submit a memorandum of proposed partition and field map depicting portioned parcels of land duly signed by all shareholders.

Mann said after processing by the circle revenue officer concerned , these online applications will be sent to kanungo concerned and then the patwari. After verifying all facts of the memorandum with the revenue record, the patwari will call the parties to be present personally for the official formalities and to initiate the mutation proceedings.

After entering the mutation, patwaris will present it to the kanungo for verification and finally before the concerned CRO (assistant collector) for the final orders. A brief order will be entered on the portal against each application after due attestation of the mutation.
