The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has released a tender for the enhancement of the current four-lane Ahmedabad-Godhra Highway, which stretches from km 60.000 to 105.000, covering a 45 km segment of NH-47 in Gujarat.
The contract, estimated to cost Rs. 363.05 crore, will be carried out under the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) framework. The timeline for completion is established at two years from the date of the award, followed by a maintenance phase lasting 10 years.
This project is part of the ongoing initiatives to enhance road infrastructure in India, especially in the state of Gujarat, thereby facilitating improved transportation in the area. The deadline for bid submissions is set for 02 February, 2026.
