NBCC (India) has successfully completed the e-auction of 417 residential units from two housing projects located in Noida and Greater Noida West, resulting in a total sale value of approximately ₹1,045.4 crore, as stated by the company in a regulatory filing.
The units were sold at Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida West, which includes towers 7 and 8, as well as Aspire Silicon City, Phase IV in Sector 76, Noida, which consists of tower 5, under Sub-Package 4 of the project.
According to the terms of the transaction, NBCC will receive a marketing fee amounting to 1% of the sale value, equating to a fee income of around ₹10.45 crore from the e-auction. The Aspire projects are part of the halted residential portfolio of the former Amrapali Group, which was taken over by NBCC following a Supreme Court ruling in 2019.
The Supreme Court had instructed NBCC to finalize the pending Amrapali projects and manage construction, sales, and delivery to safeguard the interests of homebuyers. Since assuming responsibility, NBCC has been carrying out construction, monetizing unsold inventory through e-auctions, and utilizing sale proceeds to fund project completion, settle statutory dues, and deliver homes to current allottees.
The Aspire Leisure Valley and Aspire Silicon City projects are among the developments being finalized under this initiative.
