Gurugram-based real estate developer M3M Group has announced a significant investment of close to ₹1200 crore for a new luxury project on Golf Course Road Extension. Named M3M Altitude, this project is part of the larger 60-acre M3M Golf Estate and is expected to generate a revenue of ₹4,000 crore. The development, covering 4 acres, will feature 350 luxury homes with prices ranging from ₹10 crore to ₹30 crore.
