KVN Properties LLP has established a strategic development management agreement (DMA) with Assetz Group to initiate a residential project in North Bengaluru. This collaboration involves nearly one million square feet of development, with an anticipated gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,000 crore.
The project is designed as a single-phase development projected to span 3-4 years. In accordance with this strategic DMA framework, KVN Properties will be responsible for the project’s development expenses, which include land acquisition and all construction costs. Assetz Group will act as the development manager.
Consequently, the company’s total residential development commitments for FY26 are approximately 4.4 million square feet. It aims to achieve the development of 10 million square feet of residential real estate within the current fiscal year. In May 2025, KVN Properties entered into a joint development agreement with Puravankara Group for a project covering 3.4 million square feet.
