Kolte-Patil Developers has announced a net consolidated profit of ₹66.29 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2025. In contrast, the company reported a loss after tax of ₹26.18 crore for the same quarter in the previous fiscal year, as stated in a filing with the BSE.
The net consolidated total income for the company reached ₹723.20 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a growth of 37.04 percent compared to ₹527.71 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Atul Bohra, the group CEO, remarked, “FY25 has proven to be a robust year for the company, marked by significant achievements across various operational and financial metrics—total income of ₹1,764 crore, collections amounting to ₹2,432 crore, and operating cash flows of ₹880 crore. The FY25 EBITDA of ₹227 crore demonstrated a remarkable year-on-year growth of 252%.
Average realizations saw an increase of 8%. New launches accounted for 42% of annual sales. Additionally, we entered into a strategic ~22-acre JDA in Pune with a GDV potential of ₹4,000 crore.” The sales value for the company was recorded at ₹2,791 crore, with collections totaling ₹2,432 crore in FY25. During the last fiscal year, the company initiated projects with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹4,000 crore.
