Godrej Properties (GPL), a prominent real estate developer in India, has successfully emerged as the top bidder for a land parcel measuring approximately 7.825 acres in Kukatpally (KPHB), Hyderabad.
The company secured the site through an e-auction organized by the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB), with the assistance of MSTC, achieving a total bid value of Rs 547.75 crore.
The TGHB will issue the allotment letter upon the completion of the necessary procedures. This strategically positioned land, located near HITEC City, which is Hyderabadās primary employment center, is anticipated to yield a revenue potential of around Rs 3,800 crore through the development of high-end residential apartments in various configurations.
Kukatpally is acknowledged as one of the most established and resilient residential corridors in the city, boasting robust social infrastructure that includes esteemed schools, healthcare facilities, retail outlets, and commercial centers.
This acquisition further enhances GPLās footprint in Hyderabad, following the successful launches of projects such as āGodrej Madison Avenueā in Kokapet and āGodrej Regal Pavilionā in Rajendranagar, thereby reinforcing its dedication to premium housing in vibrant urban markets.
