The President of India, Droupadi Murmu, participated in a civic reception organized by the government of Manipur at the City Convention Centre in Imphal. During her visit, the President laid the foundation stones for 14 significant developmental projects, amounting to Rs 1,180 crore, and inaugurated 12 completed projects valued at Rs 207 crores.
These initiatives are part of ongoing efforts to enhance the stateās infrastructure and promote economic growth. While addressing the audience, President Murmu reaffirmed her dedication to supporting the development of Manipur and highlighted the significance of these initiatives in improving the regionās connectivity and quality of life.
These investments are expected to generate new opportunities for the residents of Manipur, ensuring advancement in various sectors such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure.
