Brigade Group has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) to develop a land area of 10 acres and 37 guntas of land in Mysuru. This project is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of around ₹225 crore, with a total development potential of 0.37 million square feet.
It will include plots covering over eight acres and apartments occupying two acres. Additionally, the company is currently working on a residential project on Bogadi Road, which encompasses a land area of five acres and 12 guntas. The upcoming JDA project is expected to yield a residential development of approximately 0.45 million square feet, with a GDV of ₹300 crore.
Furthermore, Brigade Group has recently acquired a 4.4-acre land parcel in Whitefield, Bengaluru, where it is developing another residential project with a total development potential of 0.6 million square feet and a GDV of about ₹950 crore.
