Brigade Group has introduced ‘Brigade Cherry Blossom’, a high-end plotted development located in Malur, East Bengaluru, with a projected revenue potential exceeding Rs 225 crore. Covering an area of 20 acres and 4.51 lakh sq. ft., the project will consist of 338 plots available in sizes of 30×40 ft. and 30×50 ft.
This initiative, developed through a joint venture, is in line with Brigade’s vision of creating integrated neighborhoods in emerging growth corridors. The strategic location of Malur, near the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway (NE-7), as well as its significance in the Chennai–Bengaluru Industrial Corridor, positions it as a prime investment opportunity.
The site is situated merely 1.5 km from significant upcoming infrastructure projects and provides connectivity to Whitefield, Sarjapur, and Hoskote. This development follows Brigade’s previous projects, which include a Rs 2,700-crore residential venture on Whitefield–Hoskote Road and a Rs 175-crore plotted project in East Bengaluru.
Currently, the company has 12.61 million sq. ft. of residential projects planned across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
