Arkade Developers, a real estate company based in Mumbai, is preparing to unveil a luxury residential project on the historic land of Filmistan Studio located in Goregaon, Mumbai.
The project, anticipated to commence in FY26, will include ultra-luxury three- and four-bedroom apartments distributed across two towers, each standing 50 stories tall. It is projected that the development will have a financial potential of Rs 3,000 crore, which aligns with the company’s larger strategy of launching seven projects valued at Rs 8,000 crore in the near future.
Furthermore, the company is actively seeking opportunities to incorporate such iconic landmarks into its developments. The renowned Filmistan Studio, established by the grandfather of Bollywood actress Kajol in 1943, is celebrated for serving as the setting for numerous classic films.
At the same time, Arkade remains dedicated to pursuing future developments within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
