Uniproducts, one of the leading providers of insulation solutions, has partnered with the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) of Indian Railways to supply thermal and sound insulation parts for the prestigious Vande Bharat Express project.
The Vande Bharat Express, known for its speed, safety, and comfort, is a key project in the Indian Railways’ modernization plan. By incorporating Uniproducts’ advanced insulation technology, these trains are set to provide passengers with a quieter and more temperature-controlled environment, enhancing comfort during long-distance travel.

Production of these insulation parts has already begun, with Uniproducts dedicated to meeting the established timeline for development and delivery as per the Integral Coach Factory’s guidelines. Additionally, these insulation products are not only high-performing but also sustainable and eco-friendly, aligning with efforts to reduce carbon emissions in the long run.
Uniproducts said that it recognises the potential for its insulation technology in various industries beyond the Railways, such as automotive and metro sectors.
