Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has issued a public notice in newspapers to the promoters located in various districts of state to appear and present their natters in the online hearing of the benches on various dates of the coming month in 28 complaints.
The parties who are not appear on various dates in the hearing of various benches of RERA are given a last opportunity to appear through a public notice.
These complaints are against Palm Estate, IMCO Multi, Shine City Infraprojects, Dwarika Residency, Ganpati Builders, Iconic Infraventures, Aangi Homes, Manya Infra Buildwell, G.I.D Housing Infrastructure, Khalsa Real Estate, Omega Infrabuild and Samridhi Infrastate, etc.
The authority is hearing the complaints through online medium as per the e-court model.
If the promoter does not appear in the hearing even after this public notice, then under the provisions of the RERA Act, the benches will give a unilateral decision.
Recently the authority informed that in compliance of the Allahabad high court order, the functioning of the UPREAT-Lucknow bench has resumed from May 21.
