Oberoi Realty has reported a dip of 50.27 per cent in its consolidated net profit during the quarter ended December 31, 2022. Its profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 702.57 crore in Q3 FY23 as against Rs 467.53 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s consolidated total income stood at Rs 1,651.50 crore in Q3 FY23, a growth of 95.17 per cent from Rs 846.19 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
The company purchased 63 residential premises in the project “Three Sixty West” on February 3, 2023 for Rs 3,607 crore, it said in the regulatory filing.
