Godrej Properties has entered into an agreement for outright purchase of a land parcel in the fast-developing micro market of Khalapur – Raigad, Maharashtra, the company said in a BSE filing.
Spread across about 89 acres, the proposed project is located near Imagicaa Theme Park and is estimated to have a development potential of approximately 1.9 million sq ft of saleable area comprising primarily of residential plotted development.
The company recently bought 60 acres on an outright basis near Oragadam Junction, Chennai. This project has a developable potential of approximately 1.6 million sq ft of saleable area.
