Yamuna Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has planned to launch a scheme of 326 residential plots in the Sector 16 area near the upcoming Noida airport.
Arun Vir Singh, CEO Yamuna Authority, said the plots are of 120, 162 and 200 sqm sizes. “We have applied for Rera registration and will launch the scheme next week, once the Rera approval comes,” he said.
The plots are in a prime location since projects like airport, Film City, medical device park, etc., are coming up in the neighbourhood. The area is also near the multimodal transport hub, where a high-speed rail network will materialise.
The CEO said that a detailed brochure for the scheme is in preparation. Sources said the allotment would be through a draw of lots. The authority will organise the draw of lots for each category separately.
First, it will conduct it for applicants who choose to make one-time payments, 100% of the total premium within 60 days from the date of issue of the allotment letter. The second draw of lots will be for those who pay 50% of the total premium within 60 days, with the rest paid in two equal half-yearly instalments.
The third option is for 30% payment of total premium in 60 days, followed by 70% payment in ten equal half-yearly instalments.
