The Sumadhura Group, based in Bengaluru, intends to initiate six luxury residential projects throughout East and North Bengaluru in the fiscal year 2026, aiming for a revenue target of Rs 10,000 crore.
These projects will cover an area exceeding eight million square feet, consisting of over 4,000 housing units, which includes 400 plotted developments. The locations for these projects will be in significant areas such as Whitefield, Panathur, Marathahalli, Rachenahalli, and Devanahalli.
Notable launches will feature three RERA-approved projects: Folium by Sumadhura Phase 4 in Whitefield, Sumadhura Edition in Siddapura, and Sumadhura Solace in Thubarahalli. Additional developments will include Sumadhura Elysium, Solea by Sumadhura, and Sumadhura Panorama Phase 2.
The company has earmarked an investment of Rs 2,000 crore for FY26 to support these new launches, which will also encompass mid-market projects in Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and near Manyata Tech Park, as previously disclosed by Managing Director Madhusudhan Gunda. Furthermore, the Sumadhura Group is considering expansion into Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Goa, with a focus on mid-to-premium residential segments.
