CREDAI Bengaluru has appointed Zayd Noaman as its new president for a two-year tenure, succeeding the outgoing president, Amar Mysore.
Noaman holds the position of executive director at the Prestige Group, where he oversees corporate finance, business development, and strategic initiatives. Additionally, the newly appointed office bearers of CREDAI Bengaluru include president-elect Bimal Hegde, vice president Karan R Shetty, secretary Nischay Jayeshankar, treasurer Shivaram Kumar Malakala, and joint secretary Abhishek Ahuja. Each will serve in their roles for a duration of two years.
In 2024, Bengaluru represented more than 17% of the total residential sales in India. Among the over four hundred thousand homes sold nationwide, seventy-one thousand were located in Bengaluru, according to Noaman.
The newly formed team intends to cultivate collaborations with essential stakeholders, advocate for sustainable construction methods, and enhance processes to provide advantages for both developers and homebuyers.
