The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) is set to roll out a mega e-auction of 43 industrial and commercial plots across the state, an official spokesperson said on Friday.

“This upcoming e-auction will facilitate the auctioning of commercial plots in regions such as Bareilly, Jalaun, Barabanki, Prayagraj, Moradabad, and Trans Ganga City in Unnao. The plots available through this process can be utilised for a wide range of business ventures, including warehousing, hotels, group housing, multiplexes, petrol pumps, and hospitals,” they said.In addition to this, UPSIDA will also introduce industrial plots through the mega e-auction in areas like Amethi, Amroha, Banda, and Hamirpur, further opening avenues for industrial growth and economic development in the state.

“This initiative is part of the Yogi govt’s broader strategy to strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s industrial infrastructure and attract more investment,” the spokesperson said.

Informing that the application process for the mega e-auction began on Friday, officials concerned said that the reserve prices for all the plots included in the auction are set, and interested applicants can bid large amounts to secure these plots.

The deadline for paying the catalogue fees, processing fees, and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is Oct 17, while the last date to submit the application, after completing all procedures, is Oct 18.

The mega e-auction is scheduled to take place on Oct 25, during which the plots will be allotted.
