Signature Global, a prominent real estate developer in India, has secured 33.47 acres of land in Sohna, Gurugram, for approximately Rs 450 crore to enhance its housing portfolio. Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal announced the acquisition during NAREDCO’s convention, stating, “We have recently purchased a total of 33.47 acre land in Sohna Gurugram.”
This acquisition highlights the company’s commitment to bolstering its presence in the Delhi-NCR market, where there is a growing demand for housing. The newly acquired land is anticipated to be transformed into contemporary residential projects, addressing the increasing demand for affordable and mid-segment housing in Sohna, a region that is becoming a growth hub due to its enhanced connectivity and infrastructure.
