Sanjeevini Group has officially announced the introduction of its new luxury residential project, The Adwaith, located in Gunjur, Bengaluru East, with an anticipated revenue potential of Rs 1,200 crore. Spanning 8.3 acres, the project will comprise 668 units, offering a total built-up area of 17 lakh sq. ft.
The units will be available starting from Rs 1.7 crore, and the development is being executed under a joint development model in collaboration with the landowner. The company aims to complete the project within a timeframe of 30 months.

The launch of this project occurs in the context of strong housing demand, as post-pandemic buyers are increasingly favoring homeownership.
