Prestige Group has initiated the first phase of its residential development, ‘The Prestige City – Indirapuram’, located in Ghaziabad. This initial phase, known as Oakwood and Mulberry, boasts a total gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹9,000 crore.
Oakwood and Mulberry collectively comprise 3,421 residences distributed across 19 towers, featuring a variety of configurations including 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 3 BHK + Home Office, and 4 BHK + Home Office, with unit sizes ranging from 1,681 sq ft to 6,026 sq ft. Irfan Razack, the chairman and managing director of the company, expressed enthusiasm about entering the dynamic NCR residential market with The Prestige City – Indirapuram, stating, ‘This is just the beginning — we are fully dedicated to enhancing our footprint in NCR.’
Upon the launch of the second phase, ‘Mayflower’, the total GDV for the entire residential project will rise to ₹12,000 crore. The township, spanning 62.5 acres, will also feature an integrated Forum Mall covering 1.18 million sq ft.
