Oberoi Realty has declared a partnership via its joint venture, I-Ven Realty, with the Switzerland-based Aman Group SARL to develop a high-end project on a four-acre land parcel situated at Dr. Annie Besant Road in Worli, Mumbai.
This collaboration will include an ultra-luxury hotel comprising approximately 80 guest rooms, along with a residential segment that will provide between 1,50,000 and 2,00,000 sq. ft. of carpet area available for sale.
The development will be promoted under the esteemed ‘Aman’ brand, recognized for its proficiency in luxury hospitality and villa management. The hotel is anticipated to commence operations by 31 August 2032, with Aman overseeing the facilities for an initial period of 25 years, which may be extended by an additional 10 years.
The project is supported by Vikas Oberoi, the promoter of Oberoi Realty, and Alpha Wave Ventures II. This partnership aims to establish the Worli property as a leading luxury destination in India, capitalizing on the global allure of the Aman brand.
