The lottery for the distribution of plots under the Lucknow Development Authority’s (LDA) Anant Nagar housing scheme is scheduled to take place on January 30 and 31 at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan.
The third phase of this scheme has garnered significant public interest, with 7,429 applicants having registered for 637 plots.
As per LDA officials, applications were solicited for 617 plots in Akash Khand and 20 plots in Adarsh Khand. In this third phase, plots are offered in five different size categories.
These consist of 41 plots measuring 450 square metres, 224 plots of 288 square metres, 225 plots of 200 square metres, 90 plots of 162 square metres, and 57 plots of 112.5 square metres, as stated by LDA vice-chairperson Prathamesh Kumar.
