KREEVA, the real estate division of Kanodia Group, intends to invest between ₹350 and ₹400 crore to create a residential group housing project located off Southern Peripheral Road in Gurugram.
The company has established a joint development agreement with the landowner for this initiative. The development will cover an area of three acres and will include a built-up space of around 5.5 lakh square feet. It is anticipated to provide approximately 200 housing units.
The project is expected to commence towards the end of the first quarter of FY27. This signifies the company’s entry into the multi-generational housing market.
