Godrej Properties (GPL) has successfully acquired a 75-acre land parcel in Nagpur, which is projected to generate an estimated revenue of ₹755 crore.
Gaurav Pandey, the Managing Director and CEO of the company, stated, “This acquisition represents another important milestone in our expansion efforts as we aim to enhance our footprint in emerging real estate markets throughout India.”
This marks the third acquisition in the city within the last four years. The development planned for this land will primarily consist of plotted residential units and is expected to provide a saleable area of approximately 1.7 million square feet.
With this acquisition, the company has exceeded its annual business development target of ₹20,000 crore for the fiscal year 2026.
