The Delhi Development Authority(DDA) has announced an extension for the registration and sale of flats under the Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 and Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 in response to the significant public interest.

On Tuesday, the DDA confirmed that bookings for both schemes will reopen on April 9 and remain open until midnight on April 30. “The remaining unsold flats will be available for booking,” the authority stated.

The initiatives provide various discounts, including a notable 25% reduction on EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG flats in Narela, as well as LIG flats in Siraspur and Loknayakpuram. Additionally, there is a 20% special discount for MIG flats in Loknayakpuram aimed at supporting disadvantaged individuals.
