Brigade Group has launched its new residential project, Brigade Avalon, located on Whitefield Main Road in Bengaluru. Spanning 4.36 acres, the development will offer 206 premium apartments in 3BHK and 4BHK configurations, covering a total built-up area of approximately 6.4 lakh square feet. The project is expected to generate revenue exceeding ₹1,000 crore.
Brigade Avalon also includes flexible home-office layout options, aligning with ongoing hybrid work trends that are influencing buyer choices. The launch is part of Brigade’s broader strategic push within the Bengaluru real estate market.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said Whitefield continues to be a key focus due to its strong connectivity, proximity to technology hubs, and steady housing demand. The Avalon project, she noted, has been conceptualized to balance practicality with community-driven living.
The project will include a clubhouse with amenities catering to various age groups, though detailed specifications have not been publicly disclosed.
This launch follows a series of developments by Brigade Group in and around Bengaluru. In January 2025, the company secured a 20-acre land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road under a development agreement, with a potential value of ₹2,700 crore and a saleable area of about 2.5 million square feet. That acquisition, made through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited, cost ₹630 crore.
In April 2025, Brigade signed another joint development agreement for a plotted residential project in East Bengaluru, valued at a GDV of ₹175 crore.
Beyond Bengaluru, Brigade continues to expand in South Indian residential markets, including Chennai and Hyderabad. The company currently has a project pipeline of approximately 12.61 million square feet of upcoming development across these cities.
Whitefield remains one of Bengaluru’s most active residential micro-markets, driven by demand from professionals employed in surrounding IT parks and multinational campuses. With Brigade Avalon, the group strengthens its portfolio in this eastern corridor.
