BPTP, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Urban Realtech, has established a joint development agreement with the landowner for the construction of a residential group housing project on an approximately 11-acre land parcel located in sector 39, Surajkund, Faridabad.
Kabul Chawla, the chairman and managing director of the company, stated, “We believe this project has the potential to further strengthen our regional portfolio and enhance long-term stakeholder value.”
The anticipated project is projected to encompass a developable area exceeding two million square feet.
