The Vizianagaram district administration has issued a notice urging the public to regularise their land sale purchase-deeds and get them registered with the government.
With this regard, the state government had passed GO MS NO23 Revenue (Lands-1) on January 1. It has now been extended May 31.
As per the notice, people will have to get their records ( record of rights) regularised by sending a petition filed under Form-X to the concerned tahsildar, who will review the petition.
Sources in the district administration revealed that there are many such cases within the district where purchasers have not bothered to get their names included in the RoR that has resulted in a lot of confusion.
