Sumadhura Group has acquired a five-acre land parcel located on Soukya Road in East Bengaluru. The company intends to invest ₹350 crore for the construction of a residential development on this land parcel.
The land bank is anticipated to generate a revenue of ₹500 crore. Recently, the company ventured into managed office spaces through Workship. Located in Capitol Towers, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Workship encompasses over 1.22 lakh sq ft and includes more than 3,000 seats. In just three months, Workship has leased over 50,000 sq ft of space with a capacity exceeding 1,500 seats.
The company plans to add an additional 1,500 seats within the same commercial development by August 2025. The group aims to lease more than one million square feet of managed office space and over 10,000 seats in the next three years.
