Puravankara’s pre-sales up 4% to ₹1,322 crore in Q2 FY26

Puravankara has announced pre-sales of ₹1,322 crore for Q2 FY26, reflecting a four percent increase compared to ₹1,270 crore in Q2 FY25. The average price realization rose by seven percent year-on-year to ₹8,814 per square foot in Q2 FY26, while customer collections for the quarter increased by eight percent year-on-year to ₹1,047 crore.

Ashish Puravankara, the managing director of the company, stated, “In Q2 FY26, we maintained our growth momentum, entirely driven by sustained sales, achieving pre-sales of ₹1,322 crores and collections of ₹1,047 crores, both showing year-on-year improvement.”

In the first half of FY26, the company added over 6.36 million square feet of potential developable area, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹9,100 crore. This includes acquisitions in Mumbai and Bengaluru. In H1 FY26, pre-sales amounted to ₹2,445 crore compared to ₹2,349 crore in H1 FY25, with a sales volume of 2.75 million square feet and an average realization of ₹8,891 per square foot in H1 FY26.

Customer collections from the real estate sector reached ₹1,904 crore in H1 FY26, marking a one percent increase year-on-year. During H1 FY26, the company collaborated with KVN Property Holdings LLP for a 24.59-acre land parcel, which has a developable area of 3.48 million square feet and a potential GDV exceeding ₹3,300 crore.

It was chosen as the preferred developer for the redevelopment of eight residential societies, unlocking over 1.2 million square feet of development potential across four acres, with an estimated GDV of ₹2,100 crore. The company also entered into a joint development agreement for a 5.5-acre land parcel, with a combined potential GDV of over ₹1,000 crore.

Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Puravankara secured a redevelopment project with a GDV potential of ₹2,700 crore, providing 0.7 million square feet of premium development on 1.43 acres.
