Puravankara reports pre-sales of ₹5,006 crore in FY25

Puravankara has reported pre-sales amounting to ₹1,282 crore for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25, bringing its total sales value for FY25 to ₹5,006 crore. The company’s collections reached ₹3,937 crore in FY25, marking a nine percent increase compared to the ₹3,609 crore reported in FY24.

For the fourth quarter of FY25, collections were recorded at ₹946 crore. Sustenance sales totaled ₹4,223 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 22 percent, while the average price realization saw a 10 percent increase throughout the financial year. Ashish Puravankara, the managing director of the company, stated, In FY25, Puravankara Group invested over ₹1,300 crore to acquire land covering approximately eight million square feet, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹13,000 crore.

The company also launched a project in Thane, Mumbai, which has a total development potential of three million square feet and an estimated GDV of ₹4,000 crore. Looking ahead to FY26, Puravankara has a robust launch pipeline of over 13 million square feet, which includes nine million square feet of new projects and four million square feet of new phase launches.

Projects covering five million square feet are currently in advanced stages of obtaining approvals and are anticipated to commence within the next two quarters, according to Puravankara. The company is also expecting to receive occupancy certificates (OC) for projects totaling 3.95 million square feet, with a combined GDV of over ₹3,200 crore in the forthcoming financial year.
