Accuspace,intends to invest ₹700 crore during the financial year 2025-26 to broaden its business operations. The company seeks to strengthen its market presence by constructing state-of-the-art logistics parks, built-to-suit (BTS) warehouses, and office facilities.
It aims to develop 20 million square feet by 2030 and is currently progressing towards adding over one million square feet each year. The company projects rental rates to be between ₹60 and ₹80 per square foot across various asset categories.
Additionally, it plans to undertake a mixed-use development of one million square feet in Jaipur, with completion expected by the financial year 2028-29. Furthermore, it has already expanded its footprint into the Delhi-NCR region, securing high-end tenants and commercial properties.
