Surie Polex Stain Protector Concentrate is a breathable partly penetrating and partly film forming sealer that helps to protect surfaces against stains and etching. It creates a water resistant barrier that prevents liquids from penetrating the surface, protecting against staining. Surie Polex Stain Protector is sold as a concentrate. Dilute 1:1 with water before using. Prior to starting work, apply Surie Polex Stain Protector to a sample area of the polished concrete to be treated. Confirm that concrete is receptive to the product.
